This dream was born from love in the kitchen in Estepona
There are stories that simmer slowly… like ours. We are Pablo and Ayelen. We’ve known each other since we were children, but our love story began 20 years later, when we were already an ocean apart. Our first adventure together began here in Estepona. But then our journey took us to several cities in this wonderful Spain.
Working in renowned hotel chains and high-end restaurants has taught us valuable lessons about the importance of maintaining exceptional standards. We learned that the bar must always be high to ensure customer satisfaction, both in terms of service and food quality, creating an unforgettable experience.
It was along this path that we formed our own family and that motivated us to take the boldest step: opening our own corner, Restaurant Abanico in Estepona. A place where the food is homemade, the service is attentive to detail, and where the little ones have a space to have fun while the adults enjoy their meal.
Ours is not just a profession, it’s a way of life. From day one, we’ve shared not only a love of gastronomy, but also an absolute respect for fresh, seasonal products and meticulous attention to every detail, from the moment the products arrive at our premises until the dish arrives at your table.
